1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and CBCS, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Peptide Price Lab," "PPL," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of peptidepricelab.com, app.peptidepricelab.com, the Saturday Dispatch newsletter, and the tools we provide, including the Dose Tracker (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. What Peptide Price Lab is
PPL is an independent, vendor-neutral editorial publication and research tool. We publish pricing comparisons, editorial notes, and educational content about research peptides, and we provide free tools — including a per-milligram price calculator and an optional personal Dose Tracker. We do not sell peptides or any other compounds, and we are not a pharmacy, vendor, or healthcare provider.
3. Eligibility — adults only
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use them, and you must be 18 or older to use the Dose Tracker, which requires you to confirm your age. By using the Services you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to agree to these Terms.
4. Not medical advice
This is the most important part of these Terms. Nothing in the Services is medical advice, a diagnosis, a recommendation, a prescription, or a substitute for professional medical care. PPL is an editorial calculator and information resource. We do not recommend, prescribe, or endorse any compound, dose, schedule, supplier, or course of use, and using the Services does not create a doctor–patient or any professional relationship. The content is for informational and educational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about anything that affects your health. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.
5. The Dose Tracker / "My Peptides"
The Dose Tracker is an optional, private, self-directed tool for keeping your own records. You should understand:
- It is yours, authored by you. Anything you log, the inventory you track, and any schedule you create are entered and controlled by you. PPL does not suggest, recommend, or pre-fill any compound, dose, interval, or schedule.
- No reminders. PPL does not send notifications, alerts, or reminders to take a dose. The tracker is a passive record you maintain.
- Export is your data. You can export your entries as a file. It is simply a copy of what you entered; PPL does not verify, interpret, or vouch for it, and PPL never sends it anywhere — you download it yourself.
- Privacy. How we store and protect this data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: it is private to your account, encrypted at rest, never sold, and never transmitted to third parties.
- Your responsibility. Any decision you make using the tracker is your own. See §4.
6. Pricing information
We work hard to make our per-milligram math and vendor pricing accurate, but prices change constantly and we cannot guarantee that every figure is current or error-free. Pricing on the Services is for informational comparison only. Always confirm the current price, vial size, and terms directly with the vendor before purchasing. We are not responsible for pricing discrepancies, vendor changes, or decisions you make based on our figures.
7. Affiliate codes and disclosure
PPL uses affiliate codes and links, and we may earn a commission when you use them — at no extra cost to you. Consistent with our published affiliate policy, we point you to the genuinely better deal even when that means a vendor's own sale rather than our code, and affiliate relationships never determine our rankings or editorial coverage. Commissions help keep the Services free and ad-free. This is our disclosure under applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules.
8. Third-party vendors and links
The Services link to third-party vendors and websites we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their products, content, pricing, availability, quality, legality, or practices. Any purchase or transaction you make with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor, governed by their terms. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to the purchase, possession, and use of any compound in your jurisdiction.
9. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it current, and tell us promptly at editor@peptidepricelab.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break any law or regulation; infringe others' rights; attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours; disrupt or attack the Services; scrape or use automated systems without our permission; or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
11. Intellectual property
The Services and their content — editorial writing, the calculator, design, and branding — are owned by CBCS, LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may read and share our content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution, but you may not copy, republish, or build a competing product from it without our written permission.
12. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit — your Dose Tracker entries, messages, and any feedback ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Content solely to operate the Services for you. We do not claim ownership of your health data, and we will not use it beyond providing the Services to you (see the Privacy Policy).
13. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION (INCLUDING PRICING) IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CBCS, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICH YOU AGREE IS REASONABLE GIVEN THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBCS, LLC and its members, managers, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Coryell County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will give more prominent notice. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
18. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as §§4, 6, 8, 11–16) will survive.
