1. The short version
You can delete your Peptide Price Lab account, and everything stored with it, at any time. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need a reason.
The fastest way is in the app: Settings → Your data → Delete my data. It takes effect immediately.
If you cannot sign in, email editor@peptidepricelab.com from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
You do not have to delete everything. You can remove just part of your data and keep your account — for example, wiping your whole Dose Tracker log while keeping your saved peptides, favorites and price watches. See §6 for how.
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account or its contents afterwards, so please export anything you want to keep first.
2. Delete it yourself in the app
- Open app.peptidepricelab.com and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Your data, choose Delete my data.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and all of the data listed in §4 are removed straight away.
If you would rather keep your account and only clear your health log, see §6.
3. If you cannot sign in
Sign-in uses a one-time link sent to your email address, so if you have lost access to that inbox you will not be able to reach Settings.
In that case, email editor@peptidepricelab.com and tell us you want your account deleted. Send it from the address on the account if you can. If you cannot, tell us the email address you signed up with so we can find the right account.
We will confirm once it is done.
4. What gets deleted
Everything we hold that is tied to your account, including:
- Your Dose Tracker log: compounds, amounts, dates, injection sites and notes
- Your schedules and dose series, and any reminders attached to them
- Your inventory and reconstitution records
- Your journal entries, including any weight or resting heart rate you recorded
- Your saved peptides, favorites and vendor lists
- Your price watches and their alert history
- Any community reviews you posted, and the record of vendor pages you visited
- Any feedback you sent us through the app
- Your push notification registrations
- Your account-linked Dispatch subscription record in PPL's database (see §5 for the separate email platform)
- Your profile, and finally the account itself
Your sign-in record is deleted last, only once every one of the above has been removed successfully. If anything fails partway, we stop and leave the account intact so you can try again rather than leaving you half-deleted.
5. Your newsletter subscription
Deleting your account removes the account-linked Dispatch record in PPL's database. If you completed the separate email confirmation, your address may also exist in our email platform. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Dispatch issue to remove it there, or email editor@peptidepricelab.com and ask us to delete both your app account and email-list record.
If you only want to stop the newsletter and keep your account, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any issue instead. That leaves everything else untouched.
6. Deleting only your Dose Tracker data
You do not have to delete your whole account to clear your health data.
In the app you can delete any individual entry, or wipe the entire Dose Tracker log from Settings, and keep your account, your saved peptides and your price watches. This is also how you withdraw consent for the Dose Tracker, as described in §7 of our Privacy Policy.
7. How long it takes
In-app deletion is immediate.
Email requests are handled by a person, so allow a few working days. We will reply to confirm.
Backups are rotated on a schedule, so a copy of your data may persist in an encrypted backup for a short period after deletion. It is not accessible from the Services and is overwritten in the normal course. We may also keep a minimal record where a longer retention period is required by law, as described in §10 of our Privacy Policy.
